1. Metastasis to right lung, nodules, inflammation on both lungs, emphysema pulmonum on both upper lungs and bullae of left upper lung;
2. Enlarged lymph nodes on mediastinum and hilum of lungs;
3. Bilateral pleural effusion (BPE) and pericardial effusion observed.

1. Metastasis to right lung, nodules and inflammation on both lungs, emphysema pulmonum on both upper lungs and bullae of left upper lung;
2. Enlarged lymph nodes on mediastinum and hilum of lungs, size reduced comparing with previous image;
3. Slightly absorbed BPE and absorbed pericardial effusion.
