72 years old Ms. Lou was diagnosed with advanced lung cancer, she received cell based immunotherapy for lung cancer and we noticed that the tumor marker value decreased, metastasis shrank and liquid in right pleural disappeared.

  1. Metastasis on right lung became partially solid, tumor size slightly shrank,
  2. Small amount of liquid in right pleural, local pleural thickened and adhesions, right diaphragmatic surface elevation
  3. Aortic calcification, thickened left pulmonary artery, thickened left pulmonary vein
  4. Multi-metastasis to bone

CT scan after the cancer immunotherapy showed:

  1. Solid metastasis shrank
  2. No signs of liquid in right pleural. local pleural thickened and adhesions, right diaphragmatic surface elevation
  3. Aortic calcification, thickened left pulmonary artery, thickened left pulmonary vein
  4. Multi-metastasis to bone
